Registration Fee

Tuition includes all textbooks and class material. Lecture books and additional CDs will be borrowed to the students but need to be returned at the end of the school year or when leaving the DSB early.
A down payment of $250 per child and course as well as a registration fee of $50 per family/school year are due with the application.
Returning families are eligible for a space (not a specific day) at the school with registration until April 30th.
Even if employer will be invoiced, families are responsible for the full payment within two months of invoice date.
Confirmations will be sent out by June 15th.
The balance is due on August 1st.
For registrations after August 1st the tuition and process fee is due in full with the registration.
Registration during the semester is possible.
There is no refund on down payments because the school rents space and hires teacher based on registrations. In case a class needs to be canceled a full refund will be given.
If a student misses classes, drops out early, or if there are any unforeseen school closings, tuition will not be refunded.
The Board has the right to combine classes when only a small number of students are enrolled as well as reduce the teaching time to two lesson hours in the subjects French and Latin. No fee adjustments are given.

If classes are cancelled by the DSB due to lack of enrollment, tuition will be reimbursed.
